Tom Mouilso
From California, I moved to Las Vegas, NV in the fall of 1962. I applied for a job in gaming. I became a box man, floor man, shift boss, running a day shift downtown Las Vegas casino. In 1970, I moved to lake Tahoe, bought 3 lots and built 3 houses, as owner/builder. I also purchased properties in Reno, Nevada, and built houses. I applied and received a general contractor’s license in the state of California, after which I formed a company called Butterfield land and Development. Later, I received my California Real Estate Broker License. In 1983, interest rates ballooned affecting the Real Estate market. I ventured into the oil and gas business receiving the Security Exchange Commission’s Broker’s license 39 and a Salesman’s license 22. I formed limited Partnership (LLC), drilling oil and gas wells across the United States, purchasing oil and gas mineral rights. I was in that business from 1976-1983.
In 1984, I purchased 600 acres of land in Eastern Kentucky, designed and built 18-hole golf course. Subdividing and selling over one hundred 1/acre plus home!sites. I then returned to Las Vegas, NV in 2004 and received NV Real Estate Salesman’s license, being an owner/builder, General Contractor, Real Estate Broker/ Developer and land salesman since 1970. I have spent a lifetime working with people as buyers and sellers of Real Estate. I have seen Las Vegas grow from 250,000 to 2 million people starting in 1962.
First and foremost to me, is my due diligence and commitment to my clients. Their interests in buying or selling. I know the value from the builder’s point of view, and every corner of Las Vegas, Clark County.
